Here’s some information to help you decide if it’s for you or not.
Why choose an intensive driving course?
Learning to drive this way is becoming more and more popular as people are looking to pass their test quickly as opposed to the standard ‘one lesson per week’ style of learning which can take up to a year, possibly even longer.
Does it include a driving test?
Intensive driving courses can include an actual driving test *(conditions apply, see below) or it could just be the training with a test being booked after completion of the course. This is your decision but your instructor would be happy to discuss this with you.
Can I learn everything in a short time?
Our instructors will do their best to help you prepare for the test. Mock driving tests will be carried out towards the end of the course to assess if you are driving at test standard. This helps get you comfortable with driving in an environment similar to being with an actual examiner.
How many hours is included?
The course is built to suit you. You decide if you’d like training only or training with test, you choose the amount of hours you’d like and how many days you’d like the course to last.
If you don’t have a test booked and would just like intensive training there’s no minimum or maximum amount of hours. You simply tell us what you’d like.
If you have a test booked there is no maximum but there is a minimum of 35 hours, this is to ensure all modules can be covered, includes time for mock testing and the hire of the car for the actual test *(conditions apply, see below)
Intensive training is priced at a set rate of £50 per hour regardless of duration of course.

10% (non refundable) deposit required when booking via bank transfer – please ask for details. This will secure the days and times you have requested.
Remaining balance can be paid in instalments interest free or all at once, providing it’s paid in full no later than 14 days before the first day of the course.
Is this the right course for you?
Take note these courses are expensive and carry the risk that there’s no such thing as a guaranteed pass, they don’t suit everyone as the name suggests ‘intensive’ it’s a lot to take on over a matter of days. The deposit is also non refundable so please only go ahead if you’re sure.
On the other hand if you’re the type of person who can handle that type of training it can be a very quick way to gain your licence.
Have a think about it and if you’d like to go ahead or discuss your requirements further then call or text Gary on 07900174321, email gary@your-pass.co.uk or if you haven’t already do so click here to submit your details on our contact form and we will get back to you.
*Conditions
Your instructor will work hard with you to get you ready for the test. They will assess your driving towards the end of the course by way of a mock test. You can have as many attempts as time permits within the course but if you want your instructor to take you for a test and use their car; then having at least one successful mock test on file is required. In other words, if you’re not ready – they won’t take you. Our instructors are not allowed to present anyone to the examiners who haven’t shown they can drive at test standard. The cost of booking the driving theory test or practical test is not included in this course, both are payable by you directly to the DVSA. If outstanding balance isn’t paid within the deadline of 14 days prior to course commencing then your deposit will be lost and the course will not go ahead.
